Furthermore, a report on the research that IBM did is totally missing. Only the results are reported and concluded into a model. How IBM reached this result is not explained at all. There are also lots of sentences in the paper that state “… is very important for enterprises”, why something is important for enterprises remains unclear however. Thus, IBM should have proven their research more in the paper.
