Abstract

How information technology contributes to the organizational performance of the organization? Researchers, managers, policy makers debate of what we know and don't know about this question above. Literature research and studies examinging the information technology and organizational performance are different. They create important constructions in there internal relationships. They develop a model of information technology business value based on the resource-based view of the firm that integrates the various strands of research into a single framework. This model will help to explore the organizational performance of your organization.
