Invitation to participate in the ACoR research
The last couple of years, we worked on several occasions on deepening our insights around organisational change. As part of our research project, we organise workshops to elaborate on relevant aspects of our change approach. Crucial is that we assume that change is not a single development process that can be marked as ready, but solving one change challenge is in most cases leading to the initiation of the next crisis.
Based on this approach improving the change capabilities of an organisation not only required to solve one change process, but we need to prepare organisations for a continuous process of subsequent change challenges.
