Abstract

This mini case study has a focus on the organization BeInformed that illustrates the change process as described in the adaptive cycle of change. It provides a quick summary about a couple of problems BeInformed experienced, the solution to that problem, the results that were achieved, and the benefits they experienced. The main question of this mini study is; how does BeInformed prepare itself for unforeseen circumstances and how do they handle in these situations? Every organization goes through a cyclic development path. For BeInformed this path will be defined within the want/can context model.
