Abstract: Competence Factory is a training institute located in the Netherlands that has a cooperation with Appoint, a recruitment agency. Because of the changing market for recruitment and giving trainings in the Netherlands, Competence Factory came in a crisis and had to react. After introducing a new construction of paying the trainers, Competence Factory could survive the crisis and look forward again.
