Abstract

Office for International Affairs (OIA) mandate is the projection of the strategic and corporate strategy of the University of Fort Hare specifically in the area of internationalization (home and abroad). It is imperative therefore for an organization that operation is a dynamically adaptive environment to be flexible to the operational changes in its organizational landscape. The institution landscape portrayed global outlooks enhance the need for operational realignment through globalization and internationalization. In order word, this is a clear example of adaptive circle of change. In the next three year, the host institution would reach its centenary.
