Abstract
The Hogeschool van Amsterdam (HvA – University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam) and I have a longer history than most students. After graduating, I started working as information analyst. A lot changed in the seven total years of this changing relationship with the institution. Concerning the adaptive cycle, there are a lot of examples I can name on different organizational levels. However, I will cover one high level cycle here; the moment the HvA chose to collaborate with other universities in The Netherlands to work with SiS – the Student Information System (a cycle which UvA personnel might recognize).
