Organizations generally tend to thrive in a dynamic environment during their existence, however, since nineties, this phenomena has been studied vastly and the need for respond such an environment differently is reported to be crucial (Abcouwer & Parson, 2013). Similarly, according to Heene (Heene, 2002), a major reason for the nature of this dynamic environment is the continues tension of an organization between the states of desirability, necessity and achievability. Each time the environment changes or in other words, new tension rises, an organizations comes to a situation where it has to deal with this tension and find a new equilibrium where desirable state overlaps with necessary and achievable state.
