Requirements needed in an e-learning environment to identify, develop and communicate SNE’s talents

Special Needs Education (SNE) is a topic which requires attention due to the increasing number of children with disabilities. This paper offers a study of some requirements needed in an e-learning environment to identify, develop, and communicate the talents in adolescents and young adults of SNE. One of the main statements is that the usage of e-learning to develop the talents of SNE pupils will help them to be more marketable, and in that way fill the gap between education and employment. To find the requirements of that e-learning, the applicability of a theoretical framework is used based on the tool Adaptive Cycle iSolution suggested by Abcouwer et al. (2017).
