This paper is a good example of an unexpected crisis which can happen anytime and anywhere. It shows that predicting this kind of crisis are impossible but reacting eminently to solve the problem and finding a solution, will be necessary. This paper can use by management to prepare for sadden crisis, and trying to cooperate based on direct and face to face communication when the information communication technology doesn’t work.
